Test without using the propulsion system of the crash facility, but only the selected subsystems like lighting, measurement technology and cameras are used. The test is checked, controlled and recorded with its test data by the MESSRING software “CrashSoft”. Typical use cases are e.g. the airbag deployment test or a test run for the hydrobrake.
