As a result, calibration results for seat belt force transducers issued under accreditation are internationally recognized and mutually accepted by the national accreditation bodies that are members of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC). The accreditation confirms MESSRING’s technical competence and impartiality in testing and calibration processes.
“With this accreditation, we are adding a key element to our service portfolio. Our customers benefit from direct processing, shorter lead times, and clear proof of quality in accordance with international standards. At the same time, we are strengthening our expertise in measurement technology and creating the foundation for offering additional accredited calibration services in the future,” says Christian Salm, Co-CEO of MESSRING GmbH.
As part of this expanded competence, MESSRING now offers calibration of seat belt force sensors under its own DAkkS accreditation. By performing these calibrations directly in the MESSRING laboratory, customers benefit from a fully traceable and highly precise measurement chain. The accreditation ensures compliance with the highest standards of quality and impartiality recognized internationally for testing and calibration laboratories.
Looking ahead, MESSRING plans to further expand its scope of accredited calibration services to include additional product-relevant measurement quantities, providing customers with an even broader range of DAkkS-compliant calibration solutions.
