M=WALL load cells provide highly accurate 5 axis measurements of the forces and moments which occur during a vehicle impact test. Multiple load cells can also be used together to form a complete load cell wall, M=WALL, into which vehicles can be collided. This provides accurate and complete data from all contact points in a test. The number of load cells used is highly flexible, meaning the dimensions of the complete M=WALL are scalable according to your crash testing requirements. Installation and setup of the M=WALL is extremely simple, due to integrated micro-connectors and a data recorder found in each load cell. The modulated design of the M=WALL load cell wall moreover means that load cells can be individually calibrated or serviced, whilst the rest of the load cell wall can remain in operation. Following a test, data is transferred via Ethernet, making further analysis uncomplicated and fast.
