Suitable for fuel leakage testing in vehicles up to 3,500 kg or 4,500 kg, both before and after crash testing.

Static Rollover Test System

The static rollover-test system is suitable for fuel leakage-tests according to FMVSS 301 before and after a crash test. It is either available for passenger cars up to 3,500 kg or 4,500 kg gross weight rating.

The systems consits of:

  • Moveable frame with size 8,800 mm x 3,320 mm
  • Three-phase motor with gearbox
  • Automatical positioning of the vehicle in steps of 90°
  • Rotational speed 1-3 min./90°, adjustable
  • Dimensions of platform 6,400 mm x 2,300 mm
  • Required space 10,000 mm x 5,000 mm x 4,300 mm.

All given dimensions refer to the system for cars up to 4,500kg.
