The system is suitable for rollover tests of passenger cars in accordance with the regulations FMVSS 208 for vehicles up to 3,000 kg. The sled is designed for the pickup of all passenger cars and is guided in an existing track system, with tilt loading area for easy loading, the sled is coupled to the drive cable by means of a hydraulically actuated cable clamp or a trolley, the sled is braked at the unseating point by means of two hydraulic bumpers or by two crush tube bumpers mounted to ground anchors.
