The M=BUS Pro 16C?4GB Digital incorporates the next progression in the miniaturization of data acquisition electronics. This M=BUS Pro 16C?4GB Digital unit is designed to acquire digital events like trigger or contact switches and supports one external light barrier. The 16 channels are paired into 8 groupings. To acquire information accurately, the sampling rate can be programmed up to 800kHz.

The M=BUS Pro 16C?4GB Digital enables voltage detection between 0V and 15V. A digital switching threshold can be programmed individually for each channel within an input range of 0…15V and 0?5V, in each case for 8 channels. The unit can also acquire unipolar analog signals with a 12Bit resolution.

An associated mounting rail can be used to place the various devices of the M=BUS Pro DAS family side by side on a central position in the car. The M=BUS Pro 16C?4GB Digital can also be placed decentralized inside an object being tested with the advanced one-wire concept of the M=BUS in a daisy chain manner leading to an enormous reduction of necessary cabling.

For the highest level of data security the M=BUS Pro 16C?4GB Digital is equipped with a backup system which is activated automatically in case of a cable break between the Gateway and the Logger devices.

To meet the demands of special test conditions the M=BUS Pro 16C?4GB Digital contains a data memory of 4GByte. This memory is non-volatile and allows a recording duration of 3.7 hours for 16 channels at 20 kHz.
